Our carpet / tile / upholstery work is billed by the room and by linear foot for upholstery. Each price includes vacuuming, raking and pre-treating. Any additional costs, such as specialty stain removal, repairs or Scotchguard application are always discussed and approved by you prior to their application. We make sure you're not left with any surprises.

Our other services are billed through a program called Xactimate. Xactimate is a nationally recognized program for contractors and remediation providers. This program is utilized by insurance companies nationwide. The price lists used are determined by Bluebook value and insurance approval prior to their use. The final product is a detailed report of the work provided leaving you confident that you received fair pricing and quality workmanship.
